We also serve multiple administrative districts in Nantong, covering 74 communities, 12 government agencies, and 10 schools. The project adopts the whole-process market operation mode of domestic waste classification investment, collection, transportation and disposal, and establishes a four-party working mechanism of four-party negotiation, publicity and launching, classification collection and transportation, guidance incentives and effectiveness evaluation. On the basis of this, the point reward system was turned to an intelligent model of paperless management and network exchange, which improved the level of reduction, harmlessness, and resource management of domestic waste in the pilot area.
